D-2 Inc. is pleased to introduce the new product line of MicroConD2 sensors. These sensors are designed for in process measurement of conductivity and dielectric constant. These sensors are extremely customizable to be able to be used in a variety of applications. Measures conductivity in various ranges such as (0-2,000 pS/M) or (0-3,000pS/CM), custom ranges available. These sensors are extremely small and very durable. The sensor is in a 4" long by 1" diameter cylinder housing. This sensor has been designed to be fit axially inside of fuel injectors and aircraft loading nozzles. Utilizing our patented AC Measurement technology this sensor can provide real time in process measurement of conductivity, dielectric constant, and temperature. See the brochure for more info. |

The JF-1A-HH Handheld Conductivity Meter has now been certified for use in the ASTM Test Method D-2624. The handheld comes in two ranges (0-2,000 pS/M) or (0-2,000 pS/CM), custom ranges available. The handheld is very easy to use and extremely accurate. The handheld can transfer data to a pc with a USB connection or wirelessly through bluetooth. It has ten input locations for internal data storage, and automatically checks the calibration every time the unit is turned on. Lithium rechargeable battery, and an optional easy to clean sensor tip for ink measurment applications. Comes with free software, which can graph the conductivity versus temperature over time for the ten different data locations. The Handheld has available accessories such as a carrying case available as well. |
The JF-1A in line sensor is certified for ASTM D2624. This sensor provides true real time measurement reporting for conductivity of all fuels. Ties into any existing DCS system. This in line sensor is certified for Zone 1 ATEX, FM, FMc, applications. This sensor can be coupled with our injection systems to provide measurment and control in real time of your chemical's conductivity. Using our AC measurement technology allows this in line sensor to measure the un relaxed fuel precisely. The JF-1A will output the average conductivity value for each fuel load and print the results on the bill of lading which certifies to ASTM standards that the fuel was at the correct conductivity level when it left your site. |
The JF-WA1 Hydro-Light . has just been added to ASTM Test Method D3240.This box is a water pad tester for free water in aviation fuel measurement. This unit is extremely accurate and very easy to use. Eliminates maintnence with new LED light technology. The hydro-light is much easier to use, just place the pad in the pad holder, put the holder in the machine and read the display. No user calibration required, no need to replace our LED Bulbs which will not burn out like a UV Light. Our unit has an increased range of 0-50 ppm. Digital Display coupled with USB Data output capability eliminates user error. |

Our Injection systems can be coupled with our in line sensors to provide real time measurement and control of multiple product line conductivities. We can keep the product line in a set conductivity range. Controlling the injection rate by the conductivity level of the fuel eliminates over or under injecting the line and ensures the additive is being properly mixed into the fuel. JF-1A-HH-CM Handheld Conductivity Meter (Ink Applications) This is a modified version of our popular JF-1A-HH model. This new version is designed for ink applications. The range can be set to your custom specifications up to 0-3,000pS/CM. The unit can also output data wirelessly via bluetooth or use the standard USB connection. This sensor also can come with an optional robust sensor tip that can unscrew to allow the user to easily clean the tip. This makes it easy to clean if measuring ink with a high solid content. JF-1A-MR Multi-Range In Line Conductivity Meter This is a new version of our popular in line sensor the JF-1A. Connects through the same standard 1" NPT Port as the JF-1A. This sensor can be set to your custom range up to 0-3,000 pS/CM. It is built for the real time measurement of product in a pipeline. Designed for chemical plant applications it is perfect for the conductivity measurment of liquid chemicals such as Naphtha, biofuels, and ink. Ties directly into any existing DCS Control Systems. |
JF-1A-HP High Pressure In Line Sensor This is the D-2 Inc. JF-1A In Line sensor redesigned for high pressure product lines. This version of the sensor is also certified for Zone 1 Hazardous Environments by ATEX, and KEMA. The sensor provides the same high accuracy measurment as our JF-1A even with a high rate, high pressure product line. Can be adapted to have different flanges to meet your specifications. Has a max pressure capability of 100 Barg. |
LSD-1A Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel In Line Sensor. This is the same meter as the JF-1A except designed to measure Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel. This instrument has a range of 0-500 pS/M. This is ideal for real time measurement of ULSD which has an extremely low conductivity, and a tendency to cause static electric incidents if not injected with static dissipative additives. ASTM-D975 states that ULSD must have a minimum of 25 pS/M to be pumped at full speed. Let us handle your ULSD Conductivity problems.
