In addition to sensors, D-2 offers integrated control systems to handle automated injection of high-concentration additives, such as Stadis® 450. Our additive injections systems coupled with our in-line conductivity sensors are the best way to ensure jet fuel and Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel fuels meet the ASTM regulations at all times. Our fully automated systems can directly tie into any existing control systems, such as Top Tech systems for real time control and quality reporting.

D-2’s innovative JF-1A in-line fuel conductivity sensor is a flow insensitive true in-process sensor for measurement of conductivity in the 0 - 2,000 pS/m measurement range. The sensor is designed specifically to meet the unique and demanding requirements of the fuels handling industry. The JF-1A is listed in ASTM D2624 Method for the "Standard Test Methods For Electrical Conductivity of Aviation and Distillate Fuels". Sensors and systems are ATEX, FM, and FMc (CSA equivalent) certified for use in potentially explosive environments.
